I have made the employee panel as explained in the YouTube video. It is working for employee A but not for the employee B. Employee B has been given access to all roles. Employee B received the email with the link but the link which is working for A doesn't work for employee B. Can you please help me?
Thank you for your reply. I realise that I didn't explain well enough. Employee A is me and I do everything Amelia related. The agenda is working fine for me. Employee B is my colleague who doesn't do anything with Amelia. I (employee A) can get in with my personal company emailadress but my colleague (B) cannot get in with his company emailadress. I do not understand that.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also please let us know what employee is in question.
Can you try and remove a subscriber role from his WP user and only leave Amelia employee role? After purge the cache and let us know how it goes. We do not see anything else at the time that can possibly cause the conflicts.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You have create conflict of roles. You can not be admin and employee or anything with more roels.
This leads to conflict of roles and Amelia can stop working properly. So each user must have only one role and separate mail for each role.
So in this case you need to have [email protected] and only employee role
and new user for admin with [email protected]
So each role must have separate role with separate mail for separate login.
