We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Every time access an created event, I disable "Notify the attendee(s)" and hit save, but it immediately re-checks the box (I received another test notification email when I should not have because I unchecked the box for the event). Every time I uncheck it, save and exit, the moment I go back in the box is rechecked again. I don't want people receiving notifications every time I have to update something that is not going to effect them. Do you have to uncheck this box every single time you click into an event? Is there a way to stop it from checking itself?
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. This is updated each time you make some changes in Event settings, but, by default, it shouldn't check or uncheck itself. Having that option disabled for one event only, will tell Amelia to not send any notification regarding that particular event. Also to note, the notifications are also sent from the notification templates in Notification settings. You would need to disable the notification templates there in order to stop the notifications from being sent.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
