In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Hello, Im using latest Version 3.4.2.29 of wpDataTables - Tables & Table Charts plugin and cannot activate it with standard license, because the activation field in settings -> activation tab is greyed out. See the screenshot.
What shall I do?
Update 1: Now I see that I need to manually update the plugin in order to make it working with new license

Hi Michal,
It seems you resolved this by manually removing the Lite and installing the full version, but just in case if any other users come across this ticket, we will provide more details.
If you don't see the Activation Tab in the main plugin settings, it means that you have the Lite plugin version installed.
If that happens, you can follow the steps explained here,
it is a step-by-step explanation of how you can safely remove the Lite version and install + activate the Full version.
In this case, we will consider it resolved, but let us know if you encounter any issues.
