Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Perhaps log in is not necessary most likely some settings are not set in the square console so perhaps it would be better to check with them what other settings you need to set in their console so that appears in Amelia also. Please check this with them and send the couple of screenshots so that they can check this on their end.

We have checked this with our dev team and this is not up to Amelia so we do not need login. This can not be set or checked in Amelia. So you need to reach out to their support team as mentioned.

According to Square guidelines, locations used have to be active and have card processing enabled to be used for payments. We have debugged the problem and found that this is not the case for your created location. Check with Square how to enable card processing for your location.

You most likely need to finish setting up your account by getting approved to accept payments from Square.
