Hello,

I am planning to launch a website by integrating BuddyBoss and Amelia.

I have a few questions regarding the integration:

I tried integrating both using the free versions, but BuddyBoss didn’t provide an option to integrate with Amelia. I assume I’ll need the paid versions of both to enable this integration, correct?
If BuddyBoss and Amelia are integrated, how will employees and customers be able to access the dashboards for both platforms? For example, when a customer or employee logs into the website, which dashboard will they be directed to—Amelia's or BuddyBoss’s? And how can they switch between the two dashboards?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, you need a full version of Amelia in order to integrate with Buddyboss, the lite version has some limitations.

Integration with the BuddyBoss platform helps users who use both Amelia and BuddyBoss to connect the profiles of their employees and customers on these two platforms. With this integration, you can add both the Amelia booking form and the Amelia customer or employee panel to the BuddyBoss members’ profiles.
