Unfortunately, we can not do much 99.9 % of settings you set in their end on their platform. The integration will work once all is set properly. The best thing that we can advise you is to open our documentation on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/ on one screen and then to set it up and follow our documentation on the other screen. Once you set everything properly then integration will work as it should.
