- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.

Hello,
I purchased the starter account for Amelia and did not realize that I do not get google calendar integration.
Also, when I tried to implement the appointment booking on a divi page, it is not working? When I select to add a block in Divi, I can select the Amelia block but after I publish the page I do not see it?
Can you do one of the following:
1) Can you upgrade my account to the next level package and I can pay you the difference?
2) Can you send me a refund so I can purchase the next level package that has google calendar integration?
Also, if you can send me instructions on why the appointment is not working on Divi, that would be appreciated.

Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Then please try again and make sure that you purge the cache. We do not have any issues with Divi so all should be fine.
