Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I want the appointment booking pop-up (Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0) to look as advertised, but it doesn't. I am inserting the shortcode [ameliastepbooking], but instead of looking like it is shown with a sidebar on the left, it looks like the attached image. It appears to be a conflict with the Elementor plugin, as when I disable Elementor, it shows correctly - of course, nothing else does! Are there suggestions for this?
Note, per other threads, I disabled all caching - no luck. I tried a different default Wordpress theme and disabled everything except Elementor and Amelia - no luck.

Hi Carin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Well, it looks like there is a conflict, indeed. Have you also tried disabling other plugins? Can you provide the WP admin credentials so I can log in to take a better look?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Carin,
Thanks for the access. The problem here is that you have a pre-defined category in your shortcode
I've created a new page with the standard booking form shortcode, like this -
The preview shows the sidebar correctly, as per the screenshot

Hi Carin,
Feel free to create a new blank page and insert this shortcode - [ameliastepbooking]
I can see that the sidebar is activated in Customize settings and it does work on a new page.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I tried the hello theme, only Amelia and Elementor active, standard short code on the home page (ameliastepbooking), all Elementor features turned off, incognito. Still no sidebar.
I found the issue - the column it was in was not sized large enough. Is there a way to decrease the space at the top of the ameliastepbooking - there is quite a bit.
