Yes, this is called a Customer Panel. This is a separate place from where the customers can manage their appointments/events. Please, find more information on this link.
2. Monthly Class Scheduling and Bundling: My business provides classes every weekend on the same day and time. For example, we offer one class every Saturday from 9-10 pm. We sell these as a monthly package, so one purchase covers four classes.
Amelia has a separate feature called Packages. This would allow you creation of Package with multiple services included and with the option of configuring the custom pricing. More information on this link.
3. Customer Retention and Notifications: We’d like to encourage repeat bookings.
By default, Amelia already has pre-defined notification templates (both reminders and "standard" ones) that are sent based on the appointment status and configuration. The reminders are not sent by default, you would need a different configuration (WP cronjob), but you can create custom notifications (both reminders and default ones). As we also we this documented, here is the link to the documentation. Feel free to check them out.
At last, I wanted to mention our demos where you can get a better overview of how Amelia works, and also if you decide to purchase our license, you can test it out and ask for a refund within 15 days, if it doesn't work for your needs.
