Hi! Could you please help me to solve the issue: I have connected Zoom to Amelia (activated App with Server-to-Server OAuth in the Zoom Marketplace) and created the notification emails.
However, the %zoom_join_url% link doesn't load inside the emails... (I have put it as a text link). Links seem to work in the test emails but they are not being generated in the real emails.
I've read other tickets on this topic here, but it didn't help. What can be the problem here? I have attached some screenshots of the emails and app.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Make sure that the Zoom is enabled in service/events settings. When you go to service settings, in Integration settings, you will find the option to enable Zoom. Make sure that it's enabled there and test it again.
