We are developing a new site for a health center that have different rooms. They want to book this rooms but only for registered users previously accepted by administrator. There are some addons to do this? is native this functionallity in Amelia? what are the correct steps to make this setup? We are going to purchase the plugin Amelia and need to know it before it.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. But there may be a workaround you're interested in. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I have checked documentation about customer panel. Do you think it's possible to relate this user with another created for example by some membership plugin?
I'm going to try to explain you my idea...
1. Create a page for user registration for membership, appart from Amelia. 2. New page only for loggued users with Amelia booking system inside. With this setup, only registered users can make a book. 3. Here I want to know if user info during booking will be autocompleted, because customer was logued previously in Wordpress by membership plugin. 4. From this point, user will be able to acces trought Amelia customer panel for check appoinments. And also to restricted area in point 2 for future bookings. In resume, combine user Amelia-Membership plugin.
What you can or you can not achieve with membership plugin we can not say since we do not work with them and we do not have integration with them.
If customer is logged in to WP then their data can be auto filled to access the customer panel. We have option called Automatically create Amelia Customer user – If this option is enabled, every time a new customer makes an appointment, they will automatically get a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer user role and an email with login details from WP. That WP user would be connected to the customer created in Amelia. If someone is already a WordPress user and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP, the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user, and they will get the Amelia Customer role in WP. This way, they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress.
You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello again,
Amelia can only be seen on the pages where you placed the shortcode. That is it.
