Thanks for reaching out to us. The dashboard is only configured to show 10 appointments by default, unfortunately, there is no option to change this currently. 

You're welcome to browse our feature suggestion page to see if someone else has already proposed this feature. If not, feel free to add your suggestion. As more people vote on it, the feature will move up on our priority list.

Sure, there is a section "appointments". You can find all the appointments here (you would need to change the date period in order to see them all) 

Each appointment status can be changed here, or if you open a particular appointment and then change it from there.

I see, well, you have Amelia Employee user role assigned along with the admin user role. You want to make sure that this is only configured to admin.
