We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please check the employee work hours not general work hours.

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

    2856665082.png

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

Also you can try and turn off option remove busy time slots in settings integration for Google and Outlook calendar. Perhaps there is something in employee modal. But if this appears fine on the front end then this should not be an issue.

So then please check if you have some booked appointment for that time already.

If you do not then check the time zone of your site and make sure that it is set to city not to UTC for example and check the time zone of your employee in employee modal.

    Hope one of these helps.

    Kind Regards,
