My name is Dmitry. I developed a WordPress site for a client who bought your plugin. I need help integrating the Mamo Pay payment system.
The client will be holding online meetings. There will be free, single and complex meetings. There are three types of meetings in total.
The following things are important for the client: - Booking multiple appointment dates for clients - Cancel a booking (refund).
I also noticed that after booking a certain date, this date is not available for another user to book, even if the client has not paid for the reservation. Can we make it so that the date and time are booked only after payment? It would be great if you could guide me on how to do this.
Currently, Amelia doesn’t natively support integration with the Mamo Pay payment system. However, you may be able to connect it through WooCommerce, as Amelia supports WooCommerce for payment gateways, which might allow for more flexibility.
Regarding your other requirements:
Multiple Appointment Bookings: Amelia does support booking multiple appointments in a single transaction through the cart feature.
Booking Cancellation with Refunds: Cancellations are possible, and refunds can be handled manually in Amelia after a cancellation.
Hold Availability Until Payment: Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t support holding availability until payment completion; once a booking is made, the time slot is unavailable to other users, even if payment hasn’t been processed.
