Our Amelia plugin is currently integrated with WP Fusion but we noticed that during an appointment, the WP Fusion tag is given only to the first joined customer within an appointment. The other customers will not get the tag, what could be the issue?
Currently, the Amelia plugin does not have a built-in integration with WP Fusion, so we're not directly familiar with how this integration is configured or functions. If WP Fusion’s tagging feature is only applying to the first customer in a group appointment, there may be a limitation or specific setting within WP Fusion that affects how it handles multiple participants.
For further assistance, we’d recommend reaching out to WP Fusion support to see if they have any additional information on handling tags for multiple customers in a single booking context. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with on the Amelia side!
are you not aware? Amelia is integrated with WP Fusion https://wpamelia.com/wp-fusion-integration Please we'll love to address this issue quickly as it is affecting our operations.
Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience. I apologize for the confusion regarding WP Fusion. Let’s address the issue promptly, as I understand its importance to your operations.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
