Currently, the Amelia plugin does not have a built-in integration with WP Fusion, so we're not directly familiar with how this integration is configured or functions. If WP Fusion’s tagging feature is only applying to the first customer in a group appointment, there may be a limitation or specific setting within WP Fusion that affects how it handles multiple participants.

For further assistance, we’d recommend reaching out to WP Fusion support to see if they have any additional information on handling tags for multiple customers in a single booking context. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with on the Amelia side!

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
