Issue with Service Availability After Adding Special Days

    Hello Amelia Support Team,

We have used the Google Calendar integration with the employee calendar in Amelia for some time now, and it has worked flawlessly until we recently added special days for certain services.

After setting custom time availability for specific services on special days, the calendar correctly reflects the adjusted times for these services. However, for other services that do not have special days assigned, no available times are showing at all, as demonstrated in the attached image.

As a temporary workaround, we have assigned special day time slots to the other services as well, which resolves the issue. However, this is not an ideal long-term solution, as the regular work hours for employees are already set from 9 AM to 4 PM and were functioning properly before adding the special days.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? We would appreciate any guidance or fixes to restore the regular availability for services without special day assignments.

    Thank you for your help!

Edit: The special day time slots are outside the regular working hours, in case that detail is relevant.

It's also an issue when we create multiple special days for more than one service, and then the calendar becomes completely unavailable for one of them like the image.

So what we thought was a temporary solution does not work either.

    Hello Odin,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
