Hello,
When using WordPress, in the "Amelia" tab under "Services," I’m encountering an issue. In the "Offer" section, after clicking on "Manage Packages," I try to book an appointment through the "Book Appointment" button. However, at this stage, I’m unable to finalize the booking—when I click the confirmation button, nothing happens.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to be able to book sessions for my clients and have them automatically deducted from their package.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP credentials and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel), so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
Hi, thank you for your response. I tried again today, but unfortunately, it’s still not working on my end. I’m not sure why it works for you but not for me. Is there another way to book the session for my client through Amelia, ensuring it’s deducted from their package?
