I created a user with the Amelia Admin role. The user successfully logged in, but the WordPress toolbar did not appear. How do I make the WordPress toolbar visible for a user with the Amelia Admin role?
Yes, that’s the bar I’m referring to. I logged in with the account "Oliv" as an Amelia Manager role. But the toolbar does not appear after Oliv successfully logs in. Other plugins that assign a manager role display the WordPress toolbar properly, making it easier for the user to access the WordPress dashboard menu.
This issue is not limited to Oliv; all users with the Amelia Manager role do not display the WordPress toolbar. Oliv is just an example. Other plugins that create new roles in WordPress, like the SEO Manager role from the Yoast SEO plugin, display the WordPress toolbar correctly.
That part has been checked from the start. All users with the Amelia Manager role are set up this way, but the toolbar still doesn't appear. I'll provide screenshots of both the Amelia Manager and SEO Editor from Yoast SEO. Both have "Show Toolbar when viewing site" checked, but only the Amelia Manager doesn't display the toolbar.
I would like to investigate further, but it's really hard to tell without the access. So far, what I was able to find (troubleshooting steps) was all about the option turned on or off. In order to escalate this to devs, I would need the log in credentials, as well.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
I’ve tried using both Google Chrome and Opera, and even used incognito mode, but the WordPress toolbar still doesn’t appear. I’ll try it on another computer and see if that helps.
I tried on a different computer, but the WordPress toolbar still doesn't appear. Please try logging in using a manager account, then open this URL: https://javasporties.com. Send me a screenshot. The WordPress toolbar should appear on all website pages if the user role is manager. Admin, SEO Manager, and Shop Manager accounts display the WordPress toolbar on all website pages. However, if the account role is Amelia Manager, the WordPress toolbar does not appear.
When i link the tables to the product page, they pull the data from the post id correctly.
However when i pull the chart from the same table. the chart either shows blank, or uses the test / dummy data from the VAR1 or current_post_id and not the actual post id, iv tried creating shortcode and filter function to pull the data directly from the shortcode in wordpress, but with no success.
i apologies for hijacking your post. But its extremely frustrating that tickets are completely ignored. Iv never in my entire career, experienced such poor support.
It's okay for you to insert questions here. Maybe Stefan is dealing with many issues. I’ve received responses from Stefan after quite a long time—about one question per day. Their response time is longer compared to other service providers, who respond within just a few minutes. However, I believe Stefan will response your issue soon.
I think you’re using DataTables, and I can understand how frustrating that must be for you. Unfortunately, I haven’t used DataTables before, so I don’t have anything to share regarding that issue. I did come across this URL related to shortcodes:
No problem, Stefan. I’m sure you’ll respond to my ticket. I understand you’re handling many other tickets, so it takes time to get through everything. I get that. As for the WordPress toolbar, nothing has changed—Amelia Manager still doesn’t display the toolbar.
It looks like the issue might be related to the plugin "paid membership pro". We haven't checked this one, can you try deactivating it? It has a setting that controls the display of the toolbar based on the user roles
How about installing WordPress and the Amelia plugin on localhost to try it out there? I’ve also tested it on localhost, and the result is the same—the WordPress toolbar doesn’t appear when the user is an Amelia Manager.
We already have this setup configured (we use it every day). The toolbar is visible for all users on our local host, but the devs asked for FTP access, so they can investigate a bit more.
Thanks for the access. It looks like the conflict is related to WooCoomerce plugin. Once we disable this plugin, the toolbar is visible. May I ask you to confirm if the toolbar is visible once you turn off the WooCoomerce plugin?
Yes, that’s correct. The WordPress toolbar appears when I deactivate WooCommerce. But why does this issue only affect the Amelia Manager role? The SEO Manager role displays the WordPress toolbar correctly.
It's not just the Manager role, the WP subscriber role is also affected, which means that it blocks the default WP roles as well. We will check this, but we've also noticed that there is a new WooCoomerce version and perhaps there is a new option that we are not aware of. You can reach out to WooCoomerce support, as well, and ask for more details.
Thanks for the feedback. It has been already forwarded to developers, they will investigate and try to find a solution. As far as I can see, the issue here is the conflict with the WooCoomerce since not just the Amelia user roles are affected, but also the WP default user roles. I will get back to you as soon as I have a feedback.
Alright, I'll be waiting for good news from you. After deactivating the WooCommerce plugin at your request, appointments can no longer be purchased, even though I've reactivated the WooCommerce plugin. Previously, everything worked normally, and appointments could be purchased without issues. How can I resolve this problem?
That's strange, do you see any errors during booking or? You need to have at least one payment method enable in order to be able to book an appointment.
Thanks for the feedback, i've just checked the other ticket. I will close this one, should you have any other issues or questions, feel free to open a new ticket and we will kindly provide assistance there.

Hi krisna,
I have found this article as well. I'm not sure why the admin bar is not showing, but here are some fixes that you can try.

Thanks for the creds, but I'm able to see the admin bar when I'm logged in as both users.

Not sure why you are not able to see the admin bar, I'm sure you cleared cookies/cache? Tried a different browser?
