We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
A service is set to two time periods a day, 10:00~12:00 and 13:30~16:00. Currently, only days off can be set. Is it possible to set the service to only rest for a certain time period?
Hello pmtd,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if I understand correctly your question, can you please elaborate? Timeslots are defined by employee work hours, if you have an employee assigned to a service with a duration of 1h, then the timeslot would appear as 8AM to 9AM, 9AM to 10AM and etc.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

There are two service periods set every day, morning period: 10:00~12:00 and afternoon period: 13:30~16:00.
Amelia can only set the entire rest day. I have something to do in the morning and I am unable to provide services. Is it possible to temporarily set the morning period to suspend service on a certain day and open normally in the afternoon period?
Hello pmtd,
Unfortunatelly, you won't be able to configure this with one service since you have two periods with different durations. 10 AM to 12 PM is the 2 hours duration service, while the other one is 02:30H. Since you can only configure the service duration and employee work hours to one specific duration, an employee won't be able to cover the second duration. You would either have to create a new service with 2:30 duration, or you need to change the second period to 2H, as well.
I hope I cleared a bit.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
