We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to make a site where I am enabling booking of a ground for a cricket club. It has 4 net pitches for practice and when practice is not in session then the whole ground is either used for t 20 matches for 3 hours or 90 overs match.
I want to create a booking site where certian services can only be booked between few time slots and during those slots if other service is booked then that time slot should be disabled. For example if 90 over can be booked between 9am to 5pm and 4 nets can be booked for 4pm to 6pm and 2 nets can be booked from 7 am to 9 am then if anyone books nets between 4 to 5 then 90 over should be disabled.
Hello Sasin Nisar,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, allow me to explain how Amelia works. On the booking form, customer can see the timeslots available based on the employee work hours and service duration. If a service duration is 1h, and employee work hours are from 8AM to 4PM, then the timeslot would appear as 8AM - 9AM, 9AM - 10AM.
Looking at your use case, Amelia already works like this where if an employee is assigned to a particular service and the timeslot is booked, it won't be visible for the other customers for booking.
But, the issue here is that if you have one employee assigned to a particular service, customers wont be able to book the timeslots "in-between". Each "net" / pitch should be a separate service with the separate employee. Feel free to check out this link where we have our demos, to get a better overview of Amelia.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
