In the booking form, in the section where the person provides their first and last name, I would like to add a CITY field as well – is this possible? I have already inquired about this, but I did not receive a clear answer. Best regards.

There’s not much information in this video. How do I add a text field to a booking form? The video only shows the process of selecting the field...
Hello Jarek,
It is done by assigning a custom field to a service on the same page.
After that is done, it will be shown on the front-end.
Looking forward to your reply if this works fine or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Okay, I assigned this custom field to all services, and it appeared in the booking form under the "YOUR DETAILS" tab, which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much. However, I have a follow-up question. If I wanted to insert the custom field in another section of the booking form, for example, in the "SELECT SERVICE" tab or in the "DATE & TIME" tab? And one more question: can I use these custom fields as GDPR checkboxes?
Hello Jarek,
At the moment, custom fields can only be shown on the "Your information" step and not other steps.
In regards to your second question,
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
