There are on going issues with the notifications. They used to send no problem using PHP mail however this stopped since last update of the plugin. I have now started using SMTP sending and the emails seem to send howver they are sending an outdated version of the notifications emails. I have updated my email templates in the last 24 hours yet when the emails are sent they are sending the olde template.

Are these templates cached somewhere? If so where and how do I clear that cache. if not then i require your assistance to fix this issue.

HI Uros, now I dont get any email at all as a client or as a employee

Latest: I was eventually able to set up app password to use the smtp with gmail so emails are sending once more. There is now a curious issue where I am recieving two emails per booking (as a customer) one with the old tem[late and one with the new template.

Their Gmail account is used to send out the notifications. The employee email account is outlook as they use outlook calendar and this also seems to send the appointment details too.

Sorry Should have added that I found where the old template was and I have corrected that, however as a customer I still receive two emails per booking.

Thanks Uros. At this time I dont think it is necessary, the client can live with the double emails.
