Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, I'm not able to reproduce this issue. As per my testing, the notifications are working properly. Here is the appointment confirmation email sent to customer once the appointment is booked.
It has been booked for October 30 at 10:00. I've changed the appointment date and time and then a new email is sent
Thanks for pointing it out, but this one is also working properly. I've created two test employees in order to test this. Please note that this notification template is only triggered when these parameters are changed -
This email will be sent after the appointment details change:
The assigned employee was changed;
The location changed;
The extras included were changed.
This email is automatically sent if anything related to the details of the appointment has been changed, and if this email notification is enabled. If you change the date and/or the time, the Appointment Rescheduled email template will be sent.
So, I've booked a new appointment for employee 1, and received this email (appointment confirmed)
But, as soon as I change the appointment to employe 2, I receive this email
As you can see the template is the same as the one with "Appointment details changed"
This also works on our local server / hosting, so I wasn't able to reproduce any issues with notifications.
I have attached a screenshot of what is happening at our end. I will also explain in words:
We click the edit button of an appointment and click the Save button without making any changes.
In this case, the employee get the Details Changed notification (as seen in the Gmail inbox in the attached video).
However, the customer DOES NOT get any notification.
PS: We are needing to do this, because we have been having issues with the Google Meet link NOT GETTIGN CREATED for some appointments. For such appointments, when we click the edit button, and save the appointment, the link gets generated. I have pointed this issue several time here on the forum, but have not received any support regarding this issue.
We have recently enabled the "Details Changed" Email notification for customer as well as employee.
The employees are receiving the notification but the customers are not.

What you have got is the Appointment Rescheduled notification. This is working fine.
My issue is with the "Details Changed" notification. The employee receives this, but the client does not.
This is the one I am talking about
