1. How does the waiting list work and what do I do on my end to make sure the waiting list is contacted with information about future classes?

Here is an example - You’ve organized a popular event, and all spots are booked, but more customers are still interested. The Waiting List feature simplifies managing cancellations—when a spot opens up, an admin can easily approve a customer from the list to fill it. This keeps seats filled and customers informed. 2. How does refunds work? Are they completed automatically or do I have to do something manually?

Refund are not automatic, it is only possible to refund payments that are made via online payment methods. You would have to do this manually, but only for those payments that are processed already, of course. More information on this link.

3. Can we duplicate events so that we’re not having to resubmit all the information each time?

Yes, events can be duplicated, so there is no need to re-enter the same information a couple of times. I would also suggest this link for better explanation.
