I need to set working hours from 9am - 11am for an appointment and it only seems to support 8-10 and 10-12 - please advise asap, the support and system are very dissapointing
For that purpose, you need to set the "Default time slot step" option to 1 hour and disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
But booking slots are 2 hours 9-11 on sepcial days on 31 different location on different days - how do I setup 9am - 11 am 2 hour booking slot and assign to many locatoin on special days?
