    Hello ;

    I would like to be able to hide a service if a specific service has already been booked.

    Let me give you an example:

    If my first client books a massage that includes 30 minutes of hammam (category: grand ritual) from 9:00 AM to 10:50 AM, my second client should not be able to book a hammam session (category: hammam) during the same time slot. Is it possible to hide certain services?

    I would also like to modify the end time of a service directly from the backend. For instance, if I finish a session earlier than expected.

    Normally, one of my services starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 10:00 AM. Is it possible to adjust the end time directly in the backend and set the session to finish at 9:45 AM?

    Please feel free to let me know if I haven't expressed myself clearly.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello Lila,

    Hello,

    Thank you for your questions!

    For your first query, you can indeed configure this using the resources feature in Amelia. This allows you to manage bookings so that if one client books a massage that includes 30 minutes of hammam, the hammam session will not be available for another client during that time slot. You can find more information about this feature here.

    Regarding your second question, currently, Amelia does not support directly modifying the end time of a service from the backend once it has started. However, you can suggest this feature for future consideration at the following link: Amelia Feature Suggestions.

    If you have any further questions or need clarification, feel free to ask!

    Kind Regards,
