I recently purchased the Amelia plugin for WordPress and encountered the following issue: Despite setting the phone number and email address as required fields in the general settings, they do not appear as mandatory in the booking form. It is possible to book an appointment without providing an email address or phone number.
I have already tried uninstalling the plugin, deleting all tables, and reinstalling it, but the issue persists.
Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased the Amelia plugin for WordPress and encountered the following issue: Despite setting the phone number and email address as required fields in the general settings, they do not appear as mandatory in the booking form. It is possible to book an appointment without providing an email address or phone number.
I have already tried uninstalling the plugin, deleting all tables, and reinstalling it, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
