I am experiencing an issue with the payment setup for recurring appointments. Despite enabling the option that requires customers to pay for all appointments in a series upfront, the system is only charging for a single appointment. For instance, when scheduling appointments from December 20th to 24th, the payment interface incorrectly displays the total price as $10, which corresponds to just one session. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this discrepancy to ensure customers are charged correctly for the entire series of appointments.
I hope you are doing well. Just checked your video. I've looked for the WP admin credentials on other tickets, but I couldn't find them. May I ask you to provide the credentials?
Sorry for the prolonged troubleshooting, i was finally able to see the whole process you are referring to. Actually, this is not an issue, the option "allow customers to pay for all appointments at once" is only applied to the front end. That means that Amelia asks them if they want to pay at once, only if they are about to book from the front end. Creating appointments manually from the backend tells Amelia to create a separate appointment, for each recurring appointment, therefore a customer sees the option to pay for each appointment individually. if you go to the testing page and choose recurring option, you will see that Amelia asks you if you want to pay for all appointments at once.

Apologies if I'm missing something, but this is what I see once I type in the username and password.
There is no password since when this message pops up, the password field is empty
