We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Do you have any plans for there to be greater visibility of employee information for customers? The way we are using Amelia is coaches are all available to be booked and right now feedback is that customers are struggling to get a good "feel" for which coach they would like as the way to view their information is restricted in a non-user friendly way - this is leading to no bookings at all.

    I think this would be resolved by providing the ability for the existing employee information and employees to be visible separate to services, with the potential of a booking button on an employee page similar to how services are set up.

    We understand that having better visibility of your coaches is crucial for your customers when deciding which coach to book, and it's important that they can easily access detailed information to feel confident in their choice. Your suggestion to make employee profiles more visible and user-friendly, separate from services, with the option to book directly from the employee's page, is a great idea and would likely enhance the overall booking experience.

    We will definitely pass this on to our management team for further review and consideration. While we can’t promise immediate changes, suggestions like this are very important to us as we work to make continuous improvements.
