When I add a reservation for a service on the admin side, the desired time slot does not come up.
I want to confirm a reservation at 10:00am, but the timeslots only show one hour increments like 9:30am,10:30am,11:30am.
By the way, the default time slot step in the basic settings is set to 30 minutes, and when adding a reservation on the Customer My Page, it shows 30 minute increments like 9:30am,10:00am,10:30am with no problem.
This is only an issue when trying to add a reservation on the admin side
If you know how to solve this problem, please let me know.
First of all, make sure that the timezone settings are properly configured. It should be set to the nearest city in your timezone. If you enable the option "allow admin to book at any time" in User Role settings, this will allow admin to book the appointment at any time (even outside the employee work hours)
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the creds, but, unfortunatelly, it looks like I don't have access. Make sure that Serbia is excluded from the whitelist (we are located in Serbia)
Thanks, but it's not about the 2 step verification. I looks like I don't have access to your WordPress site because the country where I'm located is probably white-listed. You need to check if the users coming from Serbia have access to your website.
I'll follow your advice and change the user rights to administrator only. I tried this after re-logging in, but the problem with the time slots for appointments did not improve!
Hello, unfortunately, sometimes Amelia saves the user role permissions even if you change the user roles. I would recommend creating a completely new WP user with admin user only, and try again.
If you log in as WP user that you've created for me, you should be able to book the appointment on any timeslot (no matter the employee work hours)
It does work with my admin user. You didn't enable the "allow admin to book at any time" option in user roles, as instructed. As you can see, it shows the timeslots correctly now
Please try using your admin account and let me know if it works.
Actually, I had the admin user turned on a while ago, but the display did not work, and today I turned off the admin user and the display works fine now!
When I turned it off, it only displays during business hours, and the display is now normal in 30 minute increments.
After stefan changed the admin user to on, I still see the 30 minute increments and the problem is solved!
In other words, turning the admin user switch off and on solved the problem.
It is a strange phenomenon, but I am glad that the problem is solved anyway!
Incidentally, there is another problem: I was informed by a customer that when I add a reservation, it does not appear in the future reservations on the “My Page”.
If I add a reservation on the administrator's side, does the reservation not appear on the customer's My Page?
Or is it more likely that there is a problem with my operation?
When you say "My Page", you are probably referring to Customer Panel? If so, yes, the appointments booked for a customer should be visible in their customer panel, no matter if they are booked from admin side or buy customer.
Customer panel display issue resolved. It was a browser cache issue on the customer's iPhone.
We are experiencing another problem, and I apologize for repeating the question, but thank you in advance!
1. I am unable to make a new reservation from your customer panel. When a customer tries to add a reservation, no matter what date and time they select. The message “この時間は選択できません(=This time cannot be selected”)”appears no matter which date and time is selected.
Rescheduling works fine. Also, I can add reservations on the admin side without any problem. I think I may have changed something in my settings because I used to be able to make new reservations from the customer panel.
Please let me know if you can find the cause.
2. I have set Amelia not to send Google Calendar invitation emails, but when I add a reservation on the administrator's side, an invitation email is automatically sent to the customer. Please let me know if there is a way to prevent invitation mails from being sent even when reservations are added by the administrator.
I know this is a lot of questions and a lot of work, but thank you in advance!
Thanks for the feedback. I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket with this separate subject.
In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

Thanks for the reply.
I have confirmed that the time zone is fine.
(I live in Japan so I selected Tokyo)
And I have confirmed that my permissions are also fine
However, I still can only make reservations in 1 hour increments on the admin side.
Can you think of any other causes?

Sorry. I had permission for another site.
I have now allowed foreign access to the relevant site.
Please try logging in again.

Hello,Thank you so much for your quick response.
Yes, I mean the customer panel.
So, if a reservation is made from either the management side or the customer side, it will show up in the customer panel as it should.
I will contact the customer again to double check the display and feedback back to you.
