Colleagues, I find myself in a situation, which I am sharing with you to see if we can somehow solve it:
The appointment details are not visible within the Calendar in Outlook, even after making the necessary configuration adjustments for them to be transferred. Additionally, the details sent via email should be attached to the reserved appointment.
I hope I can count on your help!!
Thanks, and have a great day!!

Thanks for the creds. I've made a new test appointment and employee and connected my Outlook Calendar. As you can see, the appointment details are visible on the Outlook Calendar, as per the screenshot
As you can see, all placeholders from Event Title and Description are reading the information properly
Yes, that has always worked without any issues, but what I really need is for the same content that is in the Client Panel to be displayed in the Outlook Calendar appointment. That means the client’s phone number, email, reasons for the appointment, etc. These are the specifications that need to be shown in the Outlook Calendar. We are receiving the emails with notifications without any problems, but we also need to display this information within the created appointment! Information to Show:
Nom Complet: %customer_full_name%
Adresse Électronique: %customer_email%
Numéro de Téléphone: %customer_phone%
Méthode de Communication: %custom_field_1%
Langue préférée pour notre communication: %custom_field_3%
Well, all the information that goes to the Outlook calendar depends on the placeholders added in EventTitle and Description. Whenever there is an appointment created, for the employee who is assigned to that particular Outlook calendar, the appointment will be forwarded to Outlook with the description. So, feel free to add the placeholders in EventTitle and Description as the placeholders from here are those that are visible on Outlook.
Good morning, thank you for your prompt response. I have tried to locate this space where it is located, but upon entering the configured services, I don't see anywhere to specify this detail. Could you guide me? Thanks, and have a good day!
I believe I have already found the place for the placeholders, but even so, after specifying the data I need to display in the Employee Calendar, only what I show in the attached image appears.
This is what I need to do. In case I wasn't clear, I would like the same data that is sent as a notification via email to be included in the Calendar in the description part of the appointment.
This is the correct field where you need to add your placeholders. You've noticed that there are two options Google Calendar and Outlook. You look for Outlook Calendar, but this information is only shown when you click on a particular appointment, not in the Calendar preview.
Good morning, where does it indicate that these markers are located? I had already configured that part with the System variables, but even so, it still does not add them to the details of the Appointment in the Outlook Calendar. I am sharing a screenshot with you so you can tell me if the location is correct and why they are not showing up in our Calendar when everything is configured as it should be. Thank you and have a good day!
My company has moved its services to Google Workspace, and it’s worth noting that in Google Calendar, the added details do appear, whereas they weren’t showing up in the Outlook Calendar. This might be an issue between platforms, but by switching to Google, I have resolved my issue with this ticket. Thank you for all the attention, and see you in future tickets!
Thanks for the feedback. I have to admit, that's great to hear! I will close this ticket but should you have any other questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us on a new ticket and we will kindly provide assistance.

Here. The preview you have shown is the invite.

Hi Javier,
Of course, this is the section from Google Calendar where you need to add the placeholder. You've already added this, as per the screenshot
The appointment (once booked) is visible on the Outlook Calendar like this
And the information is only visible when you click on the appointment, like this
In my case, I've had these placeholders
And they appeared like this on the Google Calendar
As you can see, the list information is service name and customer name.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
