Im trying to setup an event. The system shows the Zoom User options grayed out. We have used zoom integration before for appointments with our standard zoom account.
Thanks for reaching out to us. There have been some changes in Zoom integration. Make sure that the integration is properly configured. Please, double-check this link for more information.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

As you suggested I double checked my zoom integration settings and all look as shown on the documentation.
I cannot create Zoom events. But I can create Zoom Appointments. Why is that?

Remove the current version and install the one I've sent. It has a fix for the Zoom issue.
