I added a custom field which requests users to agree to our data privacy agreements. I would like to link that agreement directly in the form. Is that possible?
This is the only way to add this type of field and link. To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hi Marko, thanks for your reply! I had tried that code before but just tried again - unfortunately this is what it looks like on our website. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
We do not understand what is written after </a> but you need to create a page for terms and conditions on your site and then just to add name after that is it. So please check if you have set this properly. In case that you did we would need in private response temporary admin credentials and a link to your terms and conditions so that we can check this.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
as far as I can tell, the href is now closed with </a> even twice, but it is still not displayed as a link on the front end. I'm attaching a screenshot from the website.
Like I said, if it helps, feel free to edit one of the fields in English :)

All should be fine now. Please test and see how it goes.
