We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Amelia Support Team,
I am using Amelia to manage bookings on my website. I would like to implement a specific feature: During the processing time of a service (e.g., hair coloring), I would like to offer another service (e.g., a men's haircut) in parallel.
To achieve this, I created an additional employee named "Between Time" who is meant to handle these time slots. However, the issue is that this "Between Time" employee is visible in the frontend and can be booked by customers, which I don't want. I would like this employee to be used internally only and not be shown in the booking frontend for customers.
I have already tried to hide this employee using custom CSS but couldn't find a working solution. Could you please let me know if there is a way to make certain employees invisible in the frontend or if you could suggest an alternative solution to enable parallel bookings during processing times?
I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hello Robby,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, by default, this is not possible to configure in Amelia. Even if you add additional employees, they will be visible on the front end for customers to select them.
There is an option to hide employee selection in general, but that would hide all employees (employee selection) leaving just service selection visible.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
