    Hi 

    Please could you help me? It would be really good to have an online chat via whatsapp or another channel or if you could phone me as I have a few questions please and I need to get my booking system completed in the next 24 hours ideally.

    Step 1 - location - I have 1 service that is free at 31 locations

    Step 2 - Date - Each location has 1 date available per month for a 2 hour window and each month it is different - I need to customise this

    Step 3 - Client details - I need to add the client fields that I have already added within Amelia "Custom Fields" section

    Step 4 - confirm booking 

    Step 5 - we have the option to approve/confirm the booking

    Step 6 - once the booking is confirmed/approved both parties get email confirmation 

    Step 7 - I download daily booking into an excel spreadsheet

    Unfortunately, we can not call you we provide support only this ticketing platform. We will gladly help you with any question that you may have but please make sure that you open a new separate ticket for each question.

    We have one question per ticket policy to keep things fair for all users.

    Step 1 - location - I have 1 service that is free at 31 locations - You can create as many location as you wish in location section and then you set this in the employee work hours

    Step 2 - Date - Each location has 1 date available per month for a 2 hour window and each month it is different - I need to customise this - The only way to customize this and to change the schedule for each month is to create custom days. This will require possibly a lot of manual work but this is the only way to set in advance different work hours for each month.     Step 3 - Client details - I need to add the client fields that I have already added within Amelia "Custom Fields" section - Custom fields are tied to appointment not to a customer. So you will need to manually copy the data from custom fields to customer internal note

    Step 4 - confirm booking -You can set the status to be automatically approved or pending

    Step 5 - we have the option to approve/confirm the booking - If it is set to pending status then you can approve them

    Step 6 - once the booking is confirmed/approved both parties get email confirmation Yes, once you configure notifications settings https://wpamelia.com/notification-settings/

    Step 7 - I download daily booking into an excel spreadsheet -
