Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, this is not possible since it's the rule permission limitation. Employees are only able to see their appointments while admins can manage and edit all of the backend settings.
Shall I apply for a change request? Because we do not want to give editing permissions, only read permission. I can imagine that more users are interested in this feature
It is possible to change the permission with third-party plugins such as User Role Editor. This will give you the option to change the read / write permissions.
For managers, Amelia has the calendar view to access and modify the appointments.
Question: Is there also a view for employees to view (not modify) ALL appointments? (not only their appointments, but all appointments)
