I created many events using Amelia, everything looks good and works on the front end, but I have another user who is an Admin also and does not see any of the events that I created on the Calendar backend. She doesn't see any of the events I created either on her account.
I downloaded the User Role Editor Plugin to give her both Admin and Amelia Manager Roles...still not showing events on Admin Calendar.
I did use her as an employee to create the events, idk if that might be causing the issue...
Can you please let me know if there are any customers or employees with the same email as the admin users with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
