In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I purchased a Starter licence yesterday. I would like to upgrade it to standard today but the system is trying to charge me the full price for standard even though I have already paid for starter. The second payment for next year is advised at the sum of the starter and standard added together. How can I fix this so I am only paying the difference between the two prices to upgrade?

Discounts can not be applied to upgrades or renewals - that is why you are seeing the standard price in that situation.
There is a workaround how you can take advantage of the discount and still move from Starter to Standard.
You can first refund the Starter licence - then you can purchase a new Standard licence with the discount applied.
Here is how to get the refund for Starter :
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
