We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the booking system on my website sp88.co.uk. New customers are seeing details entered by previous customers in the booking form, which is causing confusion and raising privacy concerns.

Here’s a summary of the issue:

    • New customers are seeing pre-filled data from previous users when they attempt to make a booking.
    • There are no error messages displayed, but this problem occurs consistently across different devices.
    • I have cleared the cache and checked for plugin conflicts, but the issue persists.
    • My website is running the latest version of WordPress and Amelia.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. A new customer opens the booking form.
    2. Pre-filled details (name, contact information, etc.) from a previous booking are visible.
    3. The incorrect data is carried through to the booking confirmation.

Could you please assist with troubleshooting this issue? Let me know if you need any additional information or logs.

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards, Shannon sp88.co.uk

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This happens to you not to your customers most liekly because you are testing while you are logged in as admin and data from WP user are pre filled. Which you should not do in any case because you need to test book form the incognito mode to avoid creating conflict of roles.

When we book as your customer there is no issue

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
