Hi - I am trying to figure out how to activate the folder structure so I can organize my tables.
I recently purchased a lifetime developer license. The purchase code has been added to the site and on the plugin's dashboard it says "you are a premium user", but it also says I should upgrade on other screens.
I did see a support thread about this which recommended disabling, clearing the site caches, and re-enabling which I also tried. i do not have access to flush DNS cache on this site, but I cleared the host server cache.
Hello, If you don't see the Folders in 'browse tables' by default - I presume you had a Standard(previously named Basic) licence plan before you upgraded?
If you upgraded - then you will need to first uninstall your current/old installation from WordPress;
Then download the full developer installation from the Store account, and install this one manually.
Now, you will have the full features including folders - and you can paste the purchase code to activate it again.
You won't lose any data since everything is safe in your WordPress SQL database on the hosting server. Just make sure to have this enabled/checked ( it is enabled by default) in the main Plugin settings : Prevent deleting tables in database.
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know. Anything else that we could assist with, please don't hesitate to create new tickets.

Let me know how it goes.
