I have products with a fixed tax rate of 19%, but Extras with various tax rates. I set the different tax rates and want to use WooCommerce checkout, because I need to send invoices, too.
I didn't find an option to import the different tax rates for WooCommerce, so I guess different tax rates with WooCommerce is not possible?
If I would chose Stripe for Checkout would an automatic invoice creation also possible, where the customer sees the different positions and tax rates?
Thanks for reaching out to us. It is possible to configure different tax rates in WooCoomerce. I've found this article, feel free to check it out. They should be visible on the invoice/taxes page, you can test it out. Perhaps, you are referring to the other topic?
sure its no problem to configure different tax rates, but the problem is that I have the extras in a Amelia Service with different tax rates and once I go to "booking" and its switches to a woocommerce product the product will be only in one set tax rate.
So for example I book a service for 100€ with 19% tax and I add an extra for 20€ with 7% tax then this should be also appear at the woocommerce product, but instead woocommerce will show the Amelia product with a total of 120€ with 19% tax which is not correct.
If you would have an option with Amelia to print an invoice, we could skip woocommerce altogether, but as such the different tax rates for extras in Amelia make no sense.
I was trying to find the solution for this, but apparently, it shows like you described. Amelia shows the total pricing (with extras pricing), so service + extras. We are working on adding an invoice option in Amelia 7.9. Currently, it's in the testing phase, so it should be released soon. Perhaps, this would do the trick, since the invoice option should be based on total pricing coming from Amelia.
