Hi, since this morning I’ve been receiving the following error with Amelia: "
[14-Oct-2024 08:20:08 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "timeZone" in /home2/myoga10b/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Reservation/AbstractReservationService.php on line 398 [14-Oct-2024 08:20:27 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "timeZone" in /home2/myoga10b/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Reservation/AbstractReservationService.php on line 398 [14-Oct-2024 08:21:24 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "timeZone" in /home2/myoga10b/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Reservation/AbstractReservationService.php on line 398"
the packages purchased by my clients are no longer visible in their accounts, and new ones I assign don’t show up either. However, everything is visible when I use the 1.0 panel. I’ve updated Amelia to the latest version, but this problem is huge because I have hundreds of clients, and I don’t know how many of them can’t see their packages anymore. Additionally, to make them visible again, it’s not enough to close and reopen the same package; I have to duplicate it and reassign it as if it were a new package. Imagine the enormous organizational and financial damage this situation is causing me. What happened, and more importantly, how can we fix this? I look forward to a prompt response, as the situation is very serious. Please help me!
Hi, okay, thanks, but I need to know what this means now. What should I check to see if my clients can view everything correctly? Do I need to check them one by one? And especially, how can I prevent this from happening again while you’re working on it?
Sorry, but I need to know how to manage the studio. Right now, it’s completely disorganized. I think you can understand that to handle this problem, I’ll have to pay someone to manage each case with my clients. And it doesn’t seem normal to me. At the very least, please provide me with the procedure to follow to avoid this error until you resolve it. I'm also paying Amelia. These things happen, but you can’t leave me in complete chaos with hundreds of clients who have already paid for their packages and lessons.
Until we have this issue resolved, please provide me with the customer panel URL along with the customer credentials (a customer with a package purchased) and I will assist you with this.
Hi Uros, I can give you the credentials, but for now, you'll find the client panel 1.0 because the packages in panel 2.0 are no longer visible. If needed, I can set up the client panel 2.0 on another page, and you can try accessing it from there. If you provide me with your email address, I can create the account for you since my client panel doesn't have password access, only access via email link. Would that work for you?
You could book a package on the back-end with this email: [email protected] (it's my private email for testing) and I will log in and will perform checks.
