I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out regarding a persistent issue with the tab switcher functionality that affects the step-by-step booking sidebar. Despite extensive research and attempts to resolve this independently, I've been unable to find a solution.
I've tried the following approaches:
Using custom HTML
Implementing default WordPress blocks
Utilizing the Spectra plugin for Astra
Unfortunately, none of these methods have successfully resolved the issue. The step-by-step booking process continues to lack a sidebar, which significantly impacts the user experience.
I initially attempted to contribute to an existing ticket on this matter, but it was removed to avoid disturbing the original poster. While I understand the intention, I believe that consolidating similar issues can be beneficial for the community and your support team.
As a dedicated user of WPamelia, I kindly request that this ticket be made public. I believe that open communication about such issues can:
Help other users facing similar problems
Reduce duplicate support requests
Demonstrate WPamelia's commitment to user feedback and continuous improvement
I greatly appreciate your time and attention to this matter. The WPamelia community has been invaluable to me, and I hope we can work together to resolve this issue for the benefit of all users.
Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to your response.
Thanks for reaching out to us. If I understand correctly, the issue is related to the missing sidebar on the step-by-step v2? If that's the case, there is an option for this to be enabled and disabled in Customize settings. If you go to the step-by-step v2, Sidebar, under options, you can enable or disable it.
everything is normal, if not in the content/children tab even though I wrap it with a full width container, it still doesn't show the sidemenu
if outside this tab switcher, it's normal. The side menu is still there, I have tested this using plain html css, wordpress block, and even using spectra block add ons for the tab switcher, it's still the same

Hello Andi,
So the sidebar is not showing if added in the tab switcher? Can you please provide the WP admin credentials?
