I added a rule to change a pending package to approved, but it didn't work. I tried changing the 'On Hold' status to 'Complete' in the WooCommerce order, but the Amelia appointment status was still pending. I reloaded the browser several times, but the Amelia status remained pending. Please help me change the Amelia appointment status by updating the WooCommerce status.
I have been waiting for 2 days and there is no response from Amelia.
hi Himanshu. this issue still has no solution. i got a reply from another amelia staff. he said "Only single, standard service appointments are changed on WooCoomerce order update. This has been requested previously, but we will work on adding this in future updates." hopefully we can use that feature in the next update version.
other staff has replied me in private ticket. maybe the upcoming new version is the solution. but i found another issue in standard appointment. the amount shown by amelia is different from the amount shown in woocommerce checkout. can you help me to solve this?
