Hi, recently, I made a domain migration for my website from mentallyps.com to mentally.cl
This change went smoothly, and my Amelia service works fine in the new domain. However, Amelia's license remains in the old domain, and I'm unsure if that can produce some error in the future.
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could change the license to the new domain without losing booking data because the webpage is receiving appointments live.
There won't be any issues even if you keep the license on the old domain, but you can deactivate it, by going to Activation settings. On the bottom, you will see a button "Deactivate".
I see, but keeping it on the old domain won't prevent Amelia from receiving new actualizations on the new domain?
The options that you mentioned about deactivating the license have to be done on my WordPress or the Amelia license page?; if I do this to change it to the new domain, will I not lose the appointments done until now?
It depends if you have the booking form from this domain live and ready for bookings. In this case, customers will be able to book appointments for this domain.
But, if you log in to WordPress go to the Activation settings, and Deactivate the license from there, the WordPress site won't be active. Therefore, the Amelia booking from wont be visible.
