Good morning, in the appointments section I would need two things:
1- the customer must choose the sector during the booking phase
2- the customer must enter their data during the booking phase, name, surname, email and telephone number

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You need to create more then one locations so that location option can show on the booking form

These data are on the booking form by default and if you want to make them mandatory you can do that in customize section for each booking form
