Since the latest update changes at least in events are not stored.
Currently I want to change the number of maximum allowed spots from 10 to 8 but Amelia doesn't store it. The event popup stays open after clicking SAVE.
A few days ago I wanted to change dates of an event and it would not work :-(
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, make sure that the WP user has permission to do so. It could be an issue with the mixed roles. We've had some issues with this previously, but it has been fixed with the latest update. Let me know if it works.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
There are a few places with reviews about plugins that matter to our future customers.
It'd be awesome if you could leave a review on all three websites, but I know that may be too much to ask, so can you, please, leave a review at least on one of these websites:
If you have a couple of minutes, we would really appreciate it! No need to write any specific text.
As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 SMS credit for each review as long as you provide us with the link to your review or a screenshot (Capterra, for example, goes through a verification process and it takes a day or two before the review is visible).

I had to delete and create the event again.

We already had installed the latest update and I am administrator. Shouldn't that work?
It has worked until now ...
Hello Gerhard,
Yes, that should work, but as I said, this must be a user role conflict then. Please check this in the User Role section.

Hello Stefan,
that doesn't really help ...
Everything worked up to maybe two weeks ago and we changed nothing in user permissions or roles.
I am administrator and looking at the roles I have about all permissions needed and it doesn't work :-(
Event as an amelia_manager it does not work :-(
