We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I am using WooCommerce to handle the checkout process.
Using [ameliastepbooking] and after I enter all of the required information and proceed to payment I am redirected to my Woo cart, which this is all good :)
In the cart under the product column it lists Appointment info and shows the day and time I selected..... my question is how do I change that text? (see attached)
The services I am setting up are for walkin purposes and not actually appointments. Worried somebody will think they have an appointment and be unhappy waiting as first come first serve.
Is there a way possibly to remove the ability for customers to select a time, just have them select a date?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Here's how this can be overridden up to a point. Go to Amelia Settings/Payments, scroll down and open "MetaData and Description". There, you can configure the description that will show up in the cart (otherwise it uses the default cart description that you see):
When you add it like this (it currently has to be in HTML Mode, because we have a bug with the test mode, but it will be fixed for the next update), the cart shows this:
It can be modified per Appointment, Package, and Event. The example shown above is for Events only.
2. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. In Amelia customers must choose the time slot since it is built primarily for appointments so this is not possible Im afraid.
