This can be achieved in 2 ways

1. Amelia inherits the language that is in WordPress. So what you set there Amelia will be translated to that language
2. Amelia inherits page locale language that you set on that page. 

   Amelia doesn't have language settings as such, and it inherits its language from WordPress. We have a Spanish translation for example. You need to set the language in WordPress for your site to be in Spanish. 

   As for front end Amelia follows page locale language you just need to set that page locale language for each page that you want to translate. For example for English you need to set that page locale language is in Eng and then Amelia will be translated automatically. At this time the page is set to Spanish

Amelia does not have any issue with French language.

Please check the following and send us screenshots for each one

1. If WP is set to French only not to French Canada for example Amelia will be automatically translated to that language 
2. Please send us page locale set for that page
3. If WP is for example set to English and you are using French on site then you need to add French as additional language in Amelia general settings
4. And once again you need to check page locale set for that page And send us screenshots.
