Hello! I have two questions regarding the duration of a service:
1) Is it possible for the employee to change the duration of the appointment AFTER it's been booked? Let's say, in the booking system, the service duration is 30 mins, but the employee needs more time for this specific client and wants to change it to 60 mins. (We had this option on Bookly, but can't find it on Amelia.)
2) Is it possible to set different durations for a service in different locations? We offer the same service in two cities, but in one of them, there's an assistant available, so instead of the usual 60 mins, it takes only 30 mins. Is it somehow possible for Amelia to understand that if a client is booking this service in City A, the duration is 30 mins, and in City B it's 60 mins. We don't want to create two different services with the city names because it got too confusing (since one has to still pick the location separately).
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
No this is not possible as such you can either create 2 services and since you do nor want that you can use custom duration option https://wpamelia.com/custom-service-duration/ but in that case you will offer custom duration on each location so this will not work as you want. At this time the best option is 2 create 2 services we do not see any other way to achieve what you need.
